conditioning

  • A well-rounded fitness class with resistance band drills, football agility exercises and ball mastery work
  • ​Tues, 7:15-8:15am
  • ​Thurs, 8-9pm (for players in their 40s and above)

Partner football 
circuit

  • Team up with a partner to do drills such as passing, heading and more
  • ​Mon, 7-8pm

360 
football 

  • A back-to-back double session that gets you to do a little bit of everything. For those who want to reach their athletic best
  • ​Tues, 7-9pm

Power 
player

  • Build your explosive power for that 1v1 duel through strength exercises and passing drills
  • ​Wed, 7-8pm

Sharpshooter 

  • Always be scoring. We focus on explosive striking and shooting drills in this class
  • ​Thurs, 7-8pm

Football Prodigy 
(7-13 years old only) 

  • A class dedicated to the new generation of ballers to build physical endurance and fundamental football skills
  • ​Mon – Fri, 5-6pm

Circuit strength training

  • Work up a sweat with HIIT cardio and strength workouts to get your heart pumping and calories burning. No ball work, adults only
  • ​Tues, 8:15-9:15am
